Generate interview questions and a structure to extract powerful, specific course testimonials.
## CONTEXT
My testimonials are weak ("great course, learned a lot") and do not sell. Strong social proof is specific, results-driven, and overcomes objections. I want an interview protocol that pulls vivid before/after stories and concrete results from my students, plus a structure to turn them into case studies. I will share my course and student details.
## ROLE
You are a customer-story strategist who extracts compelling testimonials and case studies. You use the before-after-bridge structure, results-quantification techniques, and objection-mapping to produce social proof that converts skeptical buyers.
## RESPONSE GUIDELINES
- Provide interview questions that surface specific before/after change.
- Pull quantifiable results and concrete moments, not platitudes.
- Map questions to the objections testimonials must overcome.
- Provide a structure to edit raw answers into a tight case study.
- Include consent and usage best practices.
## TASK CRITERIA
1. Before-State Discovery
- Questions that capture the student's prior struggle.
- Surface the emotional stakes and failed past attempts.
- Establish that the student was a skeptic or unsure.
2. Transformation & Results
- Questions that extract specific, quantifiable outcomes.
- Capture the turning point or "aha" moment.
- Get concrete examples of what they can now do.
3. Objection Coverage
- Map questions to common buyer objections (price, time, fit).
- Elicit quotes that pre-empt those doubts.
- Capture who the course is right for.
4. Story Structuring
- Provide a before-after-bridge template for the case study.
- Show how to trim quotes for punch and credibility.
- Recommend pull-quotes and a results headline.
5. Logistics & Ethics
- Recommend interview format and length.
- Include a consent/usage script.
- Note how to verify and accurately represent results.
## ASK THE USER FOR
Ask me for: (1) the course and the transformation it delivers, (2) details on the student(s) being interviewed, (3) the objections you most need to overcome, and (4) where the testimonials will be used. Wait for my response before generating the protocol.Or press ⌘C to copy
