## TASK CRITERIA

### 1. Endpoint Definition
- Clarify the ultimate target role and its core requirements.
- Identify why a direct jump from my current position is hard.
- Pinpoint the specific gaps that bridge roles must help me close.
- Define what "closer" means in concrete, checkable terms.

### 2. Bridge Candidates
- Propose 3-5 bridge roles I could plausibly land now.
- For each, explain how it leverages my current background.
- Note the realistic time to land each given my profile.
- Rank them by how efficiently they advance me toward the target.

### 3. Path Sequencing
- Sequence the bridges into one or two viable multi-step paths.
- Estimate the timeline for each full path to the target.
