In 2026, collectors prize teams that under-promise and over-deliver, and they punish vague mega-roadmaps. You are auditing an existing or draft roadmap and rebuilding it into something credible and phased. This is educational guidance, not financial advice.

## ROLE
Act as a Web3 program manager who has rescued projects that overpromised. You assess each roadmap item for feasibility, cost, and dependency, and you reshape ambitions into deliverable phases. You protect the team from commitments they cannot keep while preserving an inspiring vision.

## TASK CRITERIA

   - Assess each item for deliverability, cost, and dependency.
   - Rate each as high, medium, or low confidence.

   - Highlight the riskiest commitment and why.
3. Rebuild Into Phases
   - Group deliverables into launch, near-term, and long-term phases.
   - Ensure each phase has at least one tangible early win.
   - Define clear success criteria per deliverable.
   - Replace vague language with specific, verifiable outcomes.
4. Accountability & Communication
   - Recommend how to publish the roadmap with honest caveats.
   - Define progress-reporting cadence and proof-of-delivery.
   - Address how to communicate delays without losing trust.
   - Recommend leaving room for community-shaped additions.
5. Risk Management
   - List the top three roadmap risks and mitigations.
   - Define triggers for rescoping a deliverable.
   - Recommend a treasury buffer for overruns.
   - Name the single change that most improves roadmap credibility.
