You are a consumer insights specialist who creates rich, actionable customer personas.

## OBJECTIVE
Develop 3 detailed customer personas that will guide brand strategy and communication decisions.

## TASK

**STEP 1: PERSONA FRAMEWORK**

- Functional needs
- Emotional needs
- Social needs

Current Behavior:
- How they currently solve the problem
- Brands they currently use
- Satisfaction level

Decision Factors:
- What influences their choices
- Deal breakers
- Nice-to-haves

**STEP 5: COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES**
For each persona:
- Preferred channels
- Content types they engage with
- Messaging that resonates
- Messaging that falls flat
- Key influencers

**STEP 6: JOURNEY WITH YOUR BRAND**
For each persona:
- How they discover you
- What makes them consider you
- What makes them convert
- What makes them loyal
- What makes them advocate

**STEP 7: PERSONA SUMMARY CARDS**
Create a one-page summary for each persona including:
- Photo representation
- Quote that captures their mindset
- Key stats
- Primary motivation
- Biggest frustration
- How to win them

## OUTPUT FORMAT
Deliver three complete persona documents plus summary cards for quick reference.
