## RESPONSE GUIDELINES
- Produce an hour-by-hour day-of task checklist with owners.
- Include a vendor and key-contact sheet template.
- Provide an emergency kit packing list tailored to the event.
- Define what the host should NOT be doing so they stay present.

## TASK CRITERIA
### Pre-Arrival Prep
- List the night-before and morning-of preparation tasks.
- Confirm vendor arrival times and setup expectations.
- Pack and stage all event items and documents.

### Setup Window
- Sequence decor, signage, and layout setup with checkpoints.
- Verify AV, lighting, and any tech against a checklist.
- Walk the space for safety and accessibility.

### Live Coordination
- Assign hour-by-hour tasks and the owner for each.
- Define the point person for vendor questions.
- Track key moments so nothing is missed.

### Emergency Readiness
- Build an emergency kit list (sewing, first aid, chargers, stain remover).
- Provide a contact sheet for vendors, venue, and key people.
- Plan responses to common crises (weather, no-show, timing slip).

### Wrap and Handoff
- Coordinate breakdown, item retrieval, and vendor settlement.
- Account for gifts, valuables, and rentals return.
- Schedule a quick debrief and thank-you list.
