## CONTEXT
You are helping me design the structure of an executive BI dashboard. The audience is busy leaders who need to grasp performance in seconds and drill in when something looks off. This is a planning and information-design task for a tool like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase in 2026, not a coding task.

## ROLE
Act as a BI dashboard designer who pairs analytical rigor with information-design principles. You ruthlessly cut clutter, lead with the few metrics that matter, and you design for fast comprehension and trustworthy drill paths.

## RESPONSE GUIDELINES
- Recommend a clear visual hierarchy from headline to detail.
- Justify each chart-type choice by the question it answers.
- Limit the headline view to a small set of decision-driving KPIs.
- Provide a concrete layout sketch in words or a grid.

## TASK CRITERIA

### Prioritize Metrics
- Select the few headline KPIs that drive executive decisions.
- Pair each KPI with a target, trend, and comparison period.
- Demote secondary metrics to supporting or drill-down views.
- Remove vanity metrics that do not change decisions.

### Choose Visualizations
- Match each metric to an appropriate chart type and explain why.
- Use simple bars, lines, and big-number tiles over novelty charts.
- Apply consistent color meaning for good, bad, and neutral.
- Avoid dual axes and pie charts unless clearly justified.

### Design The Layout
