TASK: Build the complete review generation system: 1. PLATFORM PRIORITIZATION - Audit which review platforms matter most for my industry (Google Business, Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, Yelp, industry-specific) - Rank platforms by SEO impact, buyer influence, and competitive gap - Set review volume targets per platform based on competitor benchmarks - Understand each platform's policies on soliciting reviews to ensure compliance 2. TIMING & TRIGGER SYSTEM - Map the customer journey to identify the 5 optimal moments to request a review - Design trigger events in the CRM that automatically initiate review requests - Create time-delay rules (how long after purchase/delivery/success to ask) - Build escalation logic: if first ask is ignored, when and how to follow up - Segment customers by satisfaction level and route unhappy customers to private feedback instead 3. ASK TEMPLATES & CHANNELS - Write email templates for review requests (initial ask, reminder, thank you) - Create SMS review request templates for mobile-first audiences - Design in-app review prompts with optimal UX patterns - Build post-support interaction review requests triggered by positive CSAT scores - Create physical touchpoint options (QR codes on packaging, receipts, cards) - Personalize each template with specific details about the customer's experience 4.
