PRICING MODEL DESIGN - Evaluate pricing models: monthly subscription, annual membership, lifetime access, cohort-based, tiered - Recommend optimal pricing with justification based on market positioning and value delivered - Design a tiered structure if appropriate (what each tier includes and excludes) - Create a founding member or early bird offer for launch - Plan price increase strategy as value and social proof grow - Model unit economics: target members, revenue per member, costs, and margin 3.
