TASK:
Design the full camp program:

1. CAMP STRUCTURE & PHILOSOPHY

3. DAILY SCHEDULE (Sample day, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

- Language workshop (45 min): structured language activity targeting specific skills
- Theme activity block 1 (75 min): immersive activity related to the weekly theme
- Lunch (45 min): communal meal with table conversation in the target language
- Quiet time (30 min): reading, journaling, or listening to stories in the target language
- Theme activity block 2 (75 min): second immersive activity, different modality
- Free choice (45 min): sports, arts, or games — all facilitated in the target language
- Closing circle (15 min): day recap, shout-outs, preview of tomorrow
- Design smooth transitions between activities that maintain the target language environment

4. ACTIVITY CATALOG (Design 20+ activities)
- Arts & Crafts: 5 projects with embedded language (instructions, descriptions, presentations all in target language)
- Sports & Games: 5 games where rules, teamwork, and competition happen in the target language
- Music & Drama: 5 activities including learning songs, putting on skits, and improvisation games
- Nature & Science: 5 outdoor exploration activities with observation journals in the target language
- For each activity: materials needed, language targets, instructions for counselors, differentiation for beginners

5. STAFFING & LOGISTICS
- Define staff roles: head counselor (fluent, experienced), counselors (fluent, energetic), junior counselors (advanced learners)
- Create a staff training plan: immersion methodology, activity facilitation, managing language fatigue
- Design parent communication: pre-camp preparation, daily updates, post-camp recommendations
- Plan enrollment criteria and pre-camp language assessment
- Create safety procedures that work within the immersion framework (safety communication is always clear, even if it means using the dominant language in emergencies)
- Design a post-camp follow-up: how families can maintain language gains after camp ends
