Create a prioritized implementation roadmap. 2. Design a holder verification and access system: how to implement token-gating using Collab.Land for Discord, Guild.xyz for web access, and custom solutions for advanced use cases. Specify the technical setup for each. 3. Build a staking/rewards system: design a non-financial staking mechanism (points accumulation, trait upgrades, exclusive access tiers based on staking duration) that rewards diamond hands without creating a Ponzi-like token emission. Explain why many NFT staking reward tokens have failed. 4. Create an engagement loop: weekly, monthly, and quarterly engagement events that give holders reasons to check in regularly. Include: weekly community challenges, monthly raffles or holder-only drops, quarterly IRL or virtual events, and annual anniversary celebrations. 5.
