Brand building creates a loyal fanbase that supports the organization through roster changes, losing streaks, and competitive downturns. TASK: 1. Brand Identity Development — Define the organizations core brand values, personality, and positioning in the competitive landscape. Design visual identity elements including logo, colors, typography, and mascot that communicate brand personality. Create brand voice guidelines for all communications from social media to press statements. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints from jerseys to Discord to content creation. 2. Storytelling & Narrative — Build compelling narratives around the team, players, and competitive journey that fans invest in emotionally. Create content series that showcase player personalities, behind-the-scenes moments, and team culture.
