3. Legal Compliance Guide — Research and compile legal considerations for IRL streaming including filming in public spaces, commercial recording regulations, drone laws, and platform-specific rules for different locations. Address permit requirements for popular streaming locations. Create a location-specific legal quick-reference guide.
4. Emergency Response Planning — Design emergency protocols for common IRL streaming situations including medical emergencies, aggressive individuals, equipment theft, weather events, and police interactions. Create communication plans for alerting emergency contacts and moderators. Practice emergency procedures so they become automatic.
5. Audience Management & Moderation — Build a moderation system for managing live chat during IRL streams including preventing real-time location tracking by malicious viewers, handling stream snipers, and managing donation-prompted behavior.
